If a match is postponed and does not resume within 48 hours of the scheduled time, all related bets will be voided and stakes fully refunded. If a match begins but is not completed, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable policy for that specific sport.
Live betting is subject to market availability at the time of placement. CKB88 reserves the right to close any live betting market at any time for technical or operational reasons. The Cash Out feature allows you to settle a bet before the match ends at a value calculated in real time — the Cash Out value displayed is the amount you will receive and cannot be renegotiated once confirmed.

Where an account is closed through no fault of the member, any valid account balance will be returned to the member.
You may close your CKB88 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, ensure all pending bonuses have been settled. Any net balance remaining in the account (after all conditions have been met) can be withdrawn through the standard withdrawal procedure.
